You must use a checking account number to submit your payment online. Please include your seven-digit Insurancenter account number, located at the top of your invoice, in the memo portion of the electronic check.
If you are billed directly by the insurance company, please do not use the pay-by-check option below.
Please be advised that submitting an electronic check does not constitute receipt of payment, nor does it bind any insurance coverage until either written or verbal confirmation has been received from one of our representatives.
